Subject of coverage
This Guarantee is intended to protect the Member/Insured by holding him harmless from any sum that he is required to pay

This coverage may be referred to the Member/Insured who is a self-employed professional, an employee of a public or private institution (gross negligence)

Subject of coverage
The insurance applies to injuries sustained by the Insured while performing duties related to the professional occupation declared in the policy and/or outside of the professional sphere. The insurance is intended to apply, within the limits set forth in the insurance conditions, while performing duties related to the professional occupation declared in the policy and following physical assault.

Subject of coverage
Legal expenses coverage protects the insured's rights within the scope of the professional activity declared in the policy. Covered expenses include:
Criminal proceedings relating to negligent crimes and misdemeanors; criminal proceedings relating to intentional crimes provided the defendant is acquitted/acquitted; disciplinary proceedings; compensation actions; civil defense; opposition.
