The convention organized by AXIO Insurance Broker, titled "Risk Consulting: The Role of the Professional Consultant in the Digital Age," took place last Thursday at the NH Collection Hotel Palazzo dei Cinquecento in Rome. The event was reserved for AXIO Group Consultants and was attended by, among others, some of the main suppliers and partners, major insurance companies such as AIG Europe , Tutela Legale SpA, and Vittoria Assicurazioni .
Six months after the official launch of Risk Consulting and Insurance Brokerage services, the event was hosted and moderated by CEO Dr. Andrea Romano, who stated, "Today more than ever, keeping pace with technological innovation is crucial. However, technology must support, not replace, the human relationship that is the foundation of effective consulting." The event addressed a variety of important topics, including Consulting and Risk Management, the challenges and opportunities arising from digitalization, its impact on the role of the Consultant, and the short- and medium-term objectives set out in the 2024/2030 business plan.
During the event, contributions from guests Laura Luzi , Attorney at Vittoria Assicurazioni, Francesco Marotta , Head of Broker Relations for Italy at the insurance company Tutela Legale SpA, and Ciro Barese , Sales Manager for the Central-Southern area of AIG Europe, highlighted how personalized advice remains essential even in the digital age.
The meeting outlined a shared vision for the future of insurance consulting, with a focus on the advanced technologies that AXIO intends to adopt to improve the customer experience and consolidate its role as a reliable and innovative partner.
